該生產線是根據地板行業生產的需要和用戶的要求，在原有機型上加以提升而新研制的產品，具有自動化程度高、產能高、運行穩定、調節方便、安全可靠的特點；深受用戶好評。適用于SPC、WPC、強化地板等各類地板背面覆膜，使靜音膜和地板牢固且平整的粘合在一起。
獨立熔膠機供膠，亦可選配雙放卷或自動換卷節約換膜時間。
The equipment is designed to stick the underlayer on the back side of SPC / WPC / LVT / laminated flooring (Padding process). Equipped with temperature controller and individual glue melter. The whole line is with high level automation (High efficiency) which is safe and reliable.
Function: Bond the underlayment materials on the backside of the flooring to improve the ability of sound insulation. After adjusting the flooring guiding system, the floors are conveyed and coated with glue, laminate the underlayer firmly by rubber rollers, then trimming.The automatic roll change over system or extra spare unwinder can be equipped as optional choice.
