該生產(chǎn)線是用于地板縱橫向V-型槽在線涂布油漆并做防水處理的新型設(shè)備，可直接加裝在開槽線的縱橫向。采用特殊材質(zhì)主動(dòng)式涂油輪，經(jīng)久耐用。該設(shè)備具有一機(jī)四用的特點(diǎn)，分別為倒角反涂油、全封蠟、蠟線、涂布防水劑，大大節(jié)約人工與場地，并提升工作效率。
Inline V-Groove painting machine is designed to be equipped between the DET machine’s lengthwise & crosswise unit. Once the floor lengthwise to be painted, the bevel will be immediately coated with paint and cured, then waterproof treatment (Waterproof only for wood floor). Same procedure for crosswise side. The painting disc is with special treatment for much longer working life. Huge improvement of working efficiency and saving the plant space.
